End of previous process
- Remove preceding resin from the hopper and discharge inside the cylinder.
Preparation
- It is not necessary to change the molding temperature of preceding resin if the right temperature range for Z CLEAN is kept.
- Remove SP when Z CLEAN S29 use.
- Clean the hopper carefully.
- Fasten the vent line for a vent type extruder.
Z CLEAN charge
- For the standard consumption, refer to the figures listed below (varies according to the color state)
Cleaning with Z CLEAN
- Increase the rotation speed of screw controlling the motor load and resin pressure.
- Retention (approximately 5 to 10 minutes) will enhance the permeability of surfactant and have an effect on cleaning.
Succeeding resin charge
- Set the suitable temperature for succeeding resin.
- An increase in the die temperature by 20 to 30°C allows faster replacement with succeeding resin.
Replace succeeding resin
- Replace Z CLEAN with succeeding resin.
- If it seems difficult to replace both ends of T-die, heighten its temperature of both ends by 20 to 30°C.
